Connections and contacts are very important in present time, a person with good PR will able to achieve the bigger picture of life. As for their personal growth teenagers should get part-time job.

To handle and understand expenses

Those job holding teenagers will be able to handle and learn about personal finance from earning an allowance, which is not everything. After those kids start to earn they own cash the real game starts. As they earn money and subsequently spend it, parents have the opportunity to teach their children about responsible money management. Managing expenses like vehicle, college, balancing budget and food will make them understand how much their parents have worked to get them their stuffs.

To have that merit of work experience

Work experience has become a must thing to have in resume at present time. Even if one has proper college degree he/she will have to start from lower position than of their caliber if they don’t have work experience. Work environment is very much different than what we have been taught by books so, work experience from the time of working at teenage helps us to cope up easily. If someone would work at teenage he/she will be able to handle two tasks at on like studies and work.

Work will simply make one to engage in a talk with other people so, since most of the people are adults the teens will have better understanding with adults. This would help to understand parent and teacher in much easier which will end up as good relation.

Conducting a job search as a teen is a great time to teach kids skills like filling out an application, writing a resume, and learning how to give a good interview which surely will add up confidence. As teens work at a part-time job, they learn just how capable they are, building confidence and self-reliance. This can help teens feel more independent, and develop a sense of responsibility as a young adult.
